We highlight, maintain, and create media that emphasizes marginalized voices; we only hire and work with LGBTQIA+, Disabled, and BIPOC creatives.
And why’s that important?
Simple: these groups are actively being silenced and underfunded by bigotry at a national level. Their works deserve to be heard and shown, as they are quite often more exceptional than the milquetoast, overdone works of cis straight white creatives.
